Overview

This section defines the fields available in Recurve’s regulatory reporting product. These values are designed to support compliance, reporting, and performance tracking across FLEXmarket, energy efficiency, and demand response programs.

Each field represents either project-level or meter-level data, and includes metadata, intervention characteristics, customer attributes, savings performance, and grid or emissions value calculations. Fields are updated based on available meter data and reporting periods.

Use this dictionary to:

  • Interpret the exported data sets used in compliance filings and stakeholder reports
  • Understand how Recurve structures and calculates program and meter-level values
  • Confirm data availability and maturity before submitting or aggregating results

If you need clarification on how a value is calculated or when it becomes available, contact your Recurve Service Account Manager.

Field NameDescription
Program NameName of the FLEXmarket, energy efficiency, or demand response program
Project IDUnique identifier for the project
Project StatusIndicates whether the project is actively being tracked or has completed tracking
Intervention Active DateFirst day of the reporting period, marking when tracking begins. If there are different Intervention Active Dates for meters within a single project, the Project-Level table will display the most recent date.
Is Mature (Meter-Level Only)Indicates whether a full 365-day reporting year has been tracked for the meter
Project Maturity DaysThe number of tracked days that have elapsed since the Intervention Active Date
All Meters Mature (Project-Level Only)Indicates that all meters have reached maturity for a given project
AggregatorAggregator that enrolled the project
Contractor NameContractor that installed the intervention(s)
Equipment Make ModelComma-delineated when multiple interventions and related equipment are associated with the meter or project
Measure CategoryComma-delineated when multiple interventions are associated with the meter or project
EUL (Meter-Level Only)Comma-delineated when multiple interventions and corresponding EULs are associated with the meter, matching the ordering of the Measure Category field
Weighted EUL (Meter-Level Only)The single EUL applied to savings and grid value measurements for the meter
Forecast LoadshapeThe loadshape, usually deemed, applied to the annual savings forecast to produce the timeseries savings forecast. Comma-delineated when multiple interventions and corresponding loadshapes are associated with the meter or project, matching the ordering of the Measure Category field

Building or Business TypeFor commercial customers, this represents the business type derived from NAICS codes. For residential customers, this may distinguish between single and multi-family
Census TractThe geographic region defined for the purpose of taking a census
SectorCustomer sector, typically either residential, commerical, or industrial
NAICS CodeSix digit business code for the North American Industry Classification System
Low Medium Income FlagBoolean that captures whether a customer is low or medium income. This field can be populated using a variety of sources; contact your Recurve Service Account Manager for clarification if needed.
Utility NameUtility for the listed customer
Energy Provider NameEnergy provider for the listed customer
Customer NameName of the customer receiving the intervention(s)
Customer EmailContact email for the customer
Account ID (Meter-Level Only)Unique ID for the customer, often a service account ID
Account ID Type (Meter-Level Only)Type of account identified above, often service account
Service Point ID (Meter-Level Only)Unique ID for the energy meter
Service Point Type (Meter-Level Only)Fuel type for the meter. Either "electricity" or "gas"
Has Net (Meter-Level Only)Boolean representing whether net metering is present. For electric meters this almost exclusively captures whether a customer has solar distributed generation
Is Qualified (Meter-Level Only)Boolean representing whether the meter received a qualified savings calculation using a meter-based model. Disqualified meters typically receive some form of assigned savings
DQ Category (Meter-Level Only)Categorical reason the meter was disqualified
DQ Description (Meter-Level Only)Specific reason the meter was disqualified
All Meters Qualified (Project-Level Only)Boolean for projects, where "True" means all associated meters have [Is Qualified = True]
Forecasted Annual SavingsAnnual forecasted savings amount for the given meter or project
Energy Savings Year 1Energy savings measured through the current reporting period, not extending beyond the first year post-intervention. E.g., if the meter data uploaded to FLEX Programs only runs 8 months from the Intervention Active Date, then this field represents the measured savings over that 8 month period
Energy Savings Forecast Year 1Forecasted energy savings measured through the current reporting period, not extending beyond the first year post-intervention. E.g., if the meter data uploaded to FLEX Programs only runs 8 months from the Intervention Active Date, then this field represents the corresponding forecasted savings over that 8 month period
Lifecycle Grid Value Year 1Lifecycle grid value measured through the current reporting period (i.e., matching the same timeframe as "Energy Savings Year 1"). For interventions with multiple years of expected useful life, the measured savings is applied to the value curve over successive years to determine the lifecycle grid value
Lifecycle Grid Value Forecast Year 1Lifecycle grid value forecasted through the current reporting period (i.e., matching the same timeframe as "Energy Savings Forecast Year 1"). For interventions with multiple years of expected useful life, the forecasted savings is applied to the value curve over successive years to determine the lifecycle forecast
Value Curve NameThe value curve (or curves) applied to the savings measurement and forecast to calculate grid value and GHG savings
Lifecycle GHG Savings Year 1Lifecycle greenhouse gas savings measured through the current reporting period (i.e., matching the same timeframe as "Energy Savings Year 1"). For interventions with multiple years of expected useful life, the measured savings is applied to the value curve over successive years to determine the lifecycle greenhouse gas savings
Lifecycle GHG Savings Forecast Year 1Lifecycle greenhouse gas savings forecasted through the current reporting period (i.e., matching the same timeframe as "Energy Savings Forecast Year 1"). For interventions with multiple years of expected useful life, the forecasted savings is applied to the value curve over successive years to determine the lifecycle forecast
kWh Savings Summer 4 to 9 Year 1Energy savings measured between 4:00PM and 9:00PM during Summer months for electric meters
kWh Savings Forecast Summer 4 to 9 Year 1Energy savings forecasted between 4:00PM and 9:00PM during Summer months for electric meters
kW Savings Summer 4 to 9 Year 1Average hourly energy savings (or kW demand reduction) measured between 4:00PM and 9:00PM during Summer months for electric meters
kW Savings Forecast Summer 4 to 9 Year 1Average hourly energy savings (or kW demand reduction) forecasted between 4:00PM and 9:00PM during Summer months for electric meters
